Outside of Sunspear Great Hall in HM. There's 2 groups of bugs right outside the entrance.

I would say.. just do all the quests in Shing Jea with all ur characters... i think its 240 for all quests..

The token drop rate is really, really low so I agree with
the above posters.. do the quests.. farming them ain't
worth the time imo.

I actually found an ok one I splinter barrage the naga groups in Darkness at Kaitan. I usually get 4 in about 4 minutes but really, its best to do the quests with all characters. Tbh I really only do it because it feels like a /win button
